Dr. Hailstone has left this practice to open up his own practice. Tried calling to cancel my appointment, since he isn't there any longer, and of course they never answer. Guess they didn't want to notify Dr. Hailstone's patients so they could keep them.
Dr. Hailstone is a great doctor. I have seen some negative reviews but honestly. He is professional, a good listener, caring and he also has a good understanding of the medical field. My entire family has not had any issues with this practice and we all have different needs and health interest.
Worst health care facility I have ever been to. The staff, as well as the doctors, can really make or break your recovery and health journey. 0-star experience. Many of the staff members have bad attitudes and are rude. They act like they don't want to be there, and it shows on their face and attitude. It's like pulling teeth to get them respond to you via phone call, voicemails, and email, or simply do their job. Expect long wait times with no one notifying you in the exam room.
