I reached out to 18 neurologist within a 2 hour radius of me and many said they would call back and follow up, but only Kent Posey’s office actually followed up. They were able to help with an urgent issue I had so I could get back to doing the things that I enjoy. They were respectful, they communicated, and most importantly they cared. I’m thankful for their help.
Dr. Posey has a great bed side manner and very knowledgeable.
Can’t get ahold of someone for NOTHING. Nobody ever calls back.
Don’t waste your time here. They never took my symptoms seriously and have been by far the least efficient doctor’s office I have experienced. They won’t answer the phone (even for my general practitioner who has called them countless times). I’ve never met the doctor himself, just the nurse practitioners (which was the first red flag to begin with).
