Great service. The project manager was courteous and respectful of our home. The actual work was done on time and the installers were knowledgeable and professional. I'm very pleased with the work.
Whole process was easy from beginning to end. The presentation of process with options and costs sold me. Alex or project manager made himself available for questions and conducted our walk through afterwards with professionalism. Thank you Southern National Roofing.
As many others have said, they have predatory, disingenuous sales techniques including leaving unsolicited and unwanted "inspection" reports that claim to have seen all sorts of problems warranting repair. Don't listen to them. And if you do need a repair, hire someone recommended by your insurance (if you have any) or do some minimal research on your own. Don't listen to random cold calls claiming your roof is 'dangerous' or 'not up to code' or whatever. They are just trying to scare you into spending money. Really deplorab... read more
These guys did a great job and the roof was done in no time.
Never felt so disrespectful in my own house. Salesperson came and wouldn't take a NO as an answer, I was keeping telling that I didn't understand what he was saying and the guy was just talking and telling me what to do- put my shoes and go outside, grab my phone, put their number in my agenda... I had a sick screaming baby and he wouldn't leave! Even if I need a new roof I will never do it with them. They need to change the way they prospect clients, so disrespectful, pushy, predatory.
