I wouldn't even give them a rating if I didn't have to in order to get this review posted. Our church in Kentucky was destroyed in a recent tornado, and determined a total loss by the city inspectors. Southern Mutual will only pay less than 25% of the total liability of our policy even though it was a total loss. DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!!!
Cancels our insurance because of nail pops. No wonder they are about to go out of business!! I’ll never advise anyone to use them and I’m canceling our other policies!
