My husband,son and I recently moved into the Marble area. Kathryn represented my husband and I when we bought a house recently in Murphy NC. This is a vacation home for us so we were doing this from out of State and couldn’t have done it without her. We can’t say enough good things about her. She was there every step of the way, making sure everything was taken care of at the house for us. Kathryn is just an awesome lady. There when you need her, quick to find answers (if she doesn't already know the answer). Helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a home.
