I dropped my car off Friday @ 8a as scheduled, a week prior. The front desk guy with a grey & white beard checked me in along with jokes about possible issues with my car that I was not entertained by. He picked up on my lack of enthusiasm & became professional. I didn’t get a follow up call on Friday. I called Saturday-no answer. My husband call about an hour later, his call was answered. I have had the extreme pleasure of coming to Southern Motorworks with my daughter, who needed a brake job done on her car! The manger, Ron Gillespie , could not have been nicer!! He was so kind and accommodating for my daughter and her time constraints in needing it done !! He had the mechanic, Jason, to take good care of her!!When I came to pick her up, I met him and we talked about being parents and about helping with grandkids!! He is a super nice guy!!
