We bought our van with a warranty to cover any problem that might happen. A year later our A/C showed signs of a leak, the back stopped cooling and the front was cooling less.. so, we called them. After their evaluation they said that we tempered with our own car and contaminated the van with 2 different types of coolant..they blamed us and sent us away! I took my vehicle to Southern Motors Savannah with an oil leak and was told to have a diagnostic check to find the source. The head technician explained the source of the oil leak and I gave the okay to do the repairs. They didn't make the necessary repair and the leak persisted. The management refused to take responsibility, even though they diagnosed the issue. Now they refuse to do the repair that they were paid to do. I paid over $1,800 for service that was not performed. I took my Honda Odyssey to Southern Motors Honda because my air conditioner wasnt working. Supposedly they checked over the system and added Freon. This cost $331.85. I also had my oil and filter changed and tires rotated. The lug nuts were stuck on 3 wheels and I was charged $329 to have them removed and replaced.They also found $4099 worth of repairs they said needed to be done including a $1600 charge to replace the **** control module which they said was the reason my **** wasnt working.I replaced the module myself in ab... read more

Took a ************** for a broken window regulator. They said they HAD to do a diagnostic even though we already knew what was wrong and only took it there for convenience. We NEVER approved anything be done to the window. When we came back, the window was supported by painters tape wrapped around the window frame. We didn't have the time to fix it ourselves so we took it to *********** Honda who reported to us that the actual cable had been cut, hence why the window refused to stay up. Purchased a brand new hybrid only to have the battery die two days later. Everything was “fixed” and three weeks later the whole car shut down. Battery replaced. Three weeks after that same thing except even the gages went out so there was no data such as speed. The dealership said it isn’t safe to drive so we are putting you in a new one (I only owned the first one for two months). What they meant by putting me in a new one was making me get a loan for a new car and the only giving me a small amount of value for my “broken”... read more

We bought a 2014 odyssey back on May 4, 2019 and I as of September 15 2019 I do not have a tag on the van because I keep getting the run-around on what is going on with the title. I was told they were waiting on the previous lien holder from New York, then they were waiting on South Carolina, them I was told it was *******county was the problem and now the excuse is Georgia is slow with title transfers.
