I took my Honda Odyssey to Southern Motors Honda because my air conditioner wasnt working. Supposedly they checked over the system and added Freon. This cost $331.85. I also had my oil and filter changed and tires rotated. The lug nuts were stuck on 3 wheels and I was charged $329 to have them removed and replaced.They also found $4099 worth of repairs they said needed to be done including a $1600 charge to replace the **** control module which they said was the reason my **** wasnt working.I replaced the module myself in ab... read more

Took a ************** for a broken window regulator. They said they HAD to do a diagnostic even though we already knew what was wrong and only took it there for convenience. We NEVER approved anything be done to the window. When we came back, the window was supported by painters tape wrapped around the window frame. We didn't have the time to fix it ourselves so we took it to *********** Honda who reported to us that the actual cable had been cut, hence why the window refused to stay up. Purchased a brand new hybrid only to have the battery die two days later. Everything was “fixed” and three weeks later the whole car shut down. Battery replaced. Three weeks after that same thing except even the gages went out so there was no data such as speed. The dealership said it isn’t safe to drive so we are putting you in a new one (I only owned the first one for two months). We bought a 2014 odyssey back on May 4, 2019 and I as of September 15 2019 I do not have a tag on the van because I keep getting the run-around on what is going on with the title. I was told they were waiting on the previous lien holder from New York, then they were waiting on South Carolina, them I was told it was *******county was the problem and now the excuse is Georgia is slow with title transfers. I just purchased a brand new Honda Civic from Southern Motors. Initially, I was shopping for a later model used car, and was definitely on a budget. Ronald Caceres was the salesman who helped me. When there weren't any used cars that met my criteria, he told me he still wanted my business and began talking about a new car. I would never suggest this business to anyone. Very shady service department. Had timing belt service done and water pump went out 35k miles later. This is a part that should last 80-100k miles. The service center I took my car to suggested I first call Southern Motors to see if they would stand by their work and they definitely did not. I needed a new engine for my honda they charged me 2960 which is a little bit more then what others quoted me but they did throw in a set of used tires for FREE and they look great they car runs like a dream overall if you have a little money to spend then go there but you know what they say you get what you pay for! So great job guys

I & other family members have purchased several cars from Southern Motors Honda. The sales staff has been there for years unlike some dealerships you never know who will be there for your next new car. They are very fair in their prices & aim to please their customers. Their service dept has always been great. They will give you a loaner car, at no expense, while they service your vehicle. They have some of the best techs in town & have never had to come back for unquality work. I will always give them my business.
