RecommendedHad a great experience here, glasses were timely and the doctor was very professional while still being funny!
I was a long time patient and as my kids got older started taking them there. We had a very unfortunate incident with my highly anxious daughter first that upset me. Then we had issues with glasses. The last straw for me was when I tried to schedule my children’s (3) eye appointments, they would not schedule them all on 1 day. They wanted me to drive to town on 2 different days for my 3 children. They had the time, but as a rule won’t take more than 2 family members a day!!! I've seen Dr. Benner for all my eye care since I was a kid, he is great as well as his staff �
I felt he was really rude to me and disrespectful to me where my daughter is concerned. He made some very unnecessary comments concerning my child and me as her mother. Other staff was absolutely amazing!!! Unfortunately I don't think I will take my daughter back there for her future eye care needs. She was also very uncomfortable after the comments were made.
I've been seeing Dr. Benner for over 20 years, and i love him. Everyone in the office is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! I've never had a bad experience there
