I cannot say enough about Southern Mobility. My salesman, Andrew, was patient, understaning and totally helpful. He listened to my husband's limitations and searched the showroom to find the lift chair that would be the best for him. So appreciate his help.

These are fantastic folks to deal with. You are treated exactly as you would liket o be treated. I bought a Golden lift chair from SM about 3-4 years ago. They glafdly and immediately refunded after the fact some of my purchase price. As I recall it was for sales tax after I submitted an MD statement. i have now purchased a power chair from SM. Once again SM came through. The first chair did not perform as I anticipated so they gladly replaced it with another model. It is so easy to work with SM. JR, Raleigh NC
I would not recommend this wheelchair company at all this is the third time I'm trying to get them to come out here to fix this wheelchair this time it needs the screws came out of the controller so I can't work it properly and that telling me I need a doctor's office in order for them to come out to put two screws in it if I had the two screws to print it I would put it in myself but I do not stay away from this company
I bought a scooter with no problem. I am a repeat customer. I spent over $$2000 on a lift chair. It is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever owned. It won’t do me any good to contact them again. After I complained enough they replaced the back. After that I truly tried to adjust to the chair. The back is extremely lumpy and hard, the seat is like a slab of rock. Ordering a lift chair over the phone leaves more opportunities for it not fitting the best it could. New Power Chair that has a faulty battery. Been 3 weeks and still waiting for the batteries. The Company has very poor service and customer care.
RecommendedI had to make arrangements remotely from my home in Florida for an electric scooter to be used by my 90-year-old mother for our visit to Mebane, NC. These things are always "iffy", so I did my homework and read the reviews. It seemed to me that this was the place to do this. I was NOT disappointed.
