This is why our country is in bad shape. My brother bought a mobility scooter from this company for over $5000. He's a 100% disabled Veteran missing his right leg below the knee. The scooter has less than 50 miles on it and one of the rear tires went flat. I put air in it to see where the leak was. Couldnt find anything. The tire has a tube in it which must be the problem. I cannot say enough about Southern Mobility. My salesman, Andrew, was patient, understaning and totally helpful. He listened to my husband's limitations and searched the showroom to find the lift chair that would be the best for him. So appreciate his help.
we have purchased two power wheelchairs and a power lift chair from southern, and i cant praise enough about the customer service we've received!
These are fantastic folks to deal with. You are treated exactly as you would liket o be treated. I bought a Golden lift chair from SM about 3-4 years ago. They glafdly and immediately refunded after the fact some of my purchase price. As I recall it was for sales tax after I submitted an MD statement. i have now purchased a power chair from SM. Once again SM came through. The first chair did not perform as I anticipated so they gladly replaced it with another model. It is so easy to work with SM. JR, Raleigh NC
I would not recommend this wheelchair company at all this is the third time I'm trying to get them to come out here to fix this wheelchair this time it needs the screws came out of the controller so I can't work it properly and that telling me I need a doctor's office in order for them to come out to put two screws in it if I had the two screws to print it I would put it in myself but I do not stay away from this company
