Has anyone else had extreme poor/improper from their dentistry? I’m trying to find anyone who may have had similar problems. I had X-rays done and everything. They seemed very rushed and in a hurry. I needed a root canal and they gave me fillings instead. I was in discomfort and pain so I went back in and all they told me was that it was normal due to bruising and tenderness. Absolutely AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL, LOVING, CARING STAFF!!!!! Dr. Megan Montague literally SAVED MY DAUGHTERS LIFE!!!! And is now my son's Peds doctor as well!!! Absolutely LOVE HER!!! I see Dr. Jackson and she is absolutely AMAZING as well!!! She delivered my son and just loves and cares about him! Great staff ALL AROUND in the Doctors office 🥰
This place is a joke. Just moved back and trying to find a pcp. I got an appointment with dr. Jackson… never again. Didn’t listen to a word I said. I have major neck problems and less than 30 seconds after telling her “you can’t touch my neck or I’ll scream” she proceeded to walk over and tell me she wants to feel my neck. At which point I flat out told her no. Then she left the room so I started to have a private conversation just to find her standing outside the door listening. My experience here has been great, except for the fact that I came to my son‘s doctor appointment today and was told that he would not be seeing if his new patient paperwork was not done. Now I have sent this paperwork through the portal and through the mail, and I even handed the paper to the girl at the window before leaving at my last drs appointment.
