As an immigrant, I was referred to SMRLS for help with my green card application, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Communication was painfully slow — they often took two months to respond to my questions. Additionally, they filled out one of my forms incorrectly. I was connected with somebody earlier And the person I talked to sounded like she didn't even want to be there I was trying to get legal advice because my landlord is doing Illegal stuff with the building I'm living in This place is absolutely awful with customer service, And their "legal team" treats our calls like their inconveniences to them if I could rate no stars I would definitely would
