My Dad has one PCA through Southern Minnesota Home Care who is absolutely wonderful, outside of her the experience has been awful. After requesting care weeks prior to my father moving to the area, the director stated they had availability to provide that care. The care did not start until 4.5 weeks after his arrival and the communication was awful.
