Multiple family members bank here, and we like the personal relationship.
My parents and I have banked here for a good while now and I begged the lady to hold on to my check until I get to the bank because I got held up in traffic and I am driving from a far location and I was truly disappointed due to the fact that we bank here and build a relationship with these people. They do not owe me an obligation, but I explained that I needed the check for today and I couldn’t wait until Monday and they basically left me in the dark.
