Never met Ken Joswiak, but I know Russ Miller who I worked with @ Ritz Craft and considered my friend. I took in a horse trailer 0n June 9/2025 to have one drop down window stopper replaced and add a battery to the electrical system in the weekender. I stopped by on 07/23/2025 and NOTHING has been done. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSSINESS PEOPLE! Businesses like this should be put out of Business treating people like this.

I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting any purchase made from this business. I discovered that the furnace in the camper I purchased was damaged only after I needed to use it. A mobile technician inspected it and confirmed that the internal components had been cut, rendering it irreparable and recommending a complete replacement. When I attempted to use the warranty I was sold, it was denied.
