Called multiple shops late afternoon on a Friday after my car started smoking and they were the only one who said they could see it now. They were extremely personable but didn't try to sell me on anything. They are the perfect small town shop. They found the issue quickly and fixed it within an hour. Extremely grateful for their transparency and efficiency. Highly recommend!
Rented a car from a rental car company. Bought the insurance too. Drive to Houston for a family funeral. Driving back, in Arkansas the driver side window exploded without warning. Returned the car and got in a runaround tug of war with the rental car company and the insurance company. Terrible mechanics in there wouldn’t recommend unless you wanna keep having issues with your car I first brought my 2020 ford fusion in around February of 2025 and I had an oil leak have taken it in more then 25 times and that no exaggeration and still the same outcome leaking oil they have said they pretty much replaced everything in my motor but the motor itself here I am in November with my car leaking oil still took it in a couple months ago and the new mechanic said that it wasn’t leaking just residual oil leaking and I... read more
