I have used SMG clinic for 20+ years and started with Dr. Pullig. I've been seeing Dr Franks for over a decade and have been nothing but pleased, with not only his bedside manner but his ability to diagnose me. Yes it may take a bit of time to get an appointment with him, after all that is what happens when you are so good at your job. SMG always has several wonderful nurse practitioners that you can get in quickly to see. As I prepare to find a new doctor, in my new town, I do so with a heavy heart. Been going to this clinic since Dr. Pullig helped found it. Been seeing Dr. Frank's for a few years. Was accused of coming up there only when I wanted to which is when I'm sick or hurt. Was accused of missing appts. Never have. Accused of not taking my medication. Again not true. Dr. Frank's with a certified letter said we would no longer have a professional relationship.
