This was the worst customer service experience ever. We called and left a voicemail on a saturday. They never returned the call, we had to call them multiple times to get a service appointment scheduled and they would not disclose when someone would come. After multiple calls with them, they finally said someone was coming the next day, only for that technician to never show and never follow up. To this day i have not heard a single word.
