There is a lot of bogus reviews here to try and boos it and lie to people who dont know better. Fact: manager is almost always never here. Does not return calls, or messages. When emergancies happen you have to wait. Forget help on weekends, even if its a busted water pipe the park is responsible for. Rental and lot fees constantly go up with no warnings or explanation.
