2/10/2015: I, unfortunately, have had a very bad experience with Southern Maryland in Gainesville, VA. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. On Thursday they came to fix the heat. Friday night it broke. Saturday they told me they would come first thing on Monday morning to replace a part. Monday – no show, no call, they said a part was ordered and they would be at my house on Tuesday afternoon to install it. Tuesday – no show, no call, they said they would be at my house on Wednesday.
