I was forced to make a repair myself from a large projectile limb. Albert from Southern Maryland Roofing painstakingly helped me through every bit of it from getting materials to doing the actual work and follow up. The most difficult part was getting over my fear of heights long enough to get it done. I will call him in the future for a new roof when the time comes!
Great work at a great price. Warranty paperwork on the shingles and the labor provided for a roof repair and gutter adjustment. Leaf guards were maintained.
The estimate from Albert DeCesaris and Southern Maryland Roofing was fair and reasonable. Quality material and installation. The project was completed and cleaned up in a timely manner. This is the third roof Albert, and the roofing mechanics have installed for our family in the last several years.
