was charged office visit first initial visit.... all good with that. weeks later once inserts were in, made appointment to pick them up, was charged once again,,,, to pick them up!!!! why? just for a 3 minute visit!!!! to pick up what i had ordered!!! paid for ,,,, then on top of that almost $400 price, got charged for that 3 minute, 'here you go, how do they fit" sign here, have a great day"
