Came here to buy a new motor but Clint the new owner told us he had a mint used Suzuki so we went with that to save some money.. after lying about multiple things and having the boat for over two weeks two separate times, we thought the motor was fixed but it wasn’t. Not only was the motor running bad, but he did not set the tachometer and left multiple other wires not installed. We took our boat and was told at most 2 weeks and it would be ready. It took them 6 weeks and 2 days. In that time every time my husband called he was told by the lady up front she didn't know but would find out and call him right back and every time she didn't or she would say they were working on it. Up until the last week it sat in the same spot. At one point he was told it was ready and he went in and paid and they pulled out some one else's boat. Do not go here. I had the money to buy a brand new motor but bought a used one instead from here because the owner told me the motor runs great and only has 300 hours. Took the motor out and it surged nonstop so I had to take it back. After two weeks I was told it was fixed and still had the same issues. Ontop of me having to spend hours working on it myself, I found out it has way more hours, and I saw where they jammed sticks into my plug holes when they took it out instead of using the plugs in the boat… they also tore my... read more

Horrible Experience. Took my boat to Kevin 2 weeks before Memorial Day 2024. Guaranteed to easily have it back before memorial day understanding we had a family trip. Long story short, lots of "it's ready just need to take it to the lake", "I'll call you back by the receptionist", "I'll have Kevin call you back". Never called me back. My trailer apparently had a bearing go out after it got there so I couldn't pick it up. Was supposed to replace the smart craft...that didn't happen.
