Horrible Experience. Took my boat to Kevin 2 weeks before Memorial Day 2024. Guaranteed to easily have it back before memorial day understanding we had a family trip. Long story short, lots of "it's ready just need to take it to the lake", "I'll call you back by the receptionist", "I'll have Kevin call you back". Never called me back. My trailer apparently had a bearing go out after it got there so I couldn't pick it up. Was supposed to replace the smart craft...that didn't happen. Always friendly and fast service
Very friendly
Very unhappy with this place, been using this place for years but never again. $45, pick-up service is ridiculous, they never fix the problem when they say it will be fixed, they never bring back our things when they say they will, always having to call and ask when our things will be ready, he's on his way, so I'm told, that never happens, or, we'll have it back to you by the end of the day, two weeks later still not fixed...The owners needs to be aware of this problem, if not resolved, I won't be back!
They will listen while selling you something but do not take it back to them if need worked on, dropped off chainsaw and 2 weeks in stopped asked if ready said it's on table next to be worked on, 2 weeks go by again stop in and check, well some how it got moved and put on top of junk saws so as I was there started working on it then, and all it had was a fuel leak, well he rushed and worked on it said it was ready now, just to get home and find still leaking, so after over a month still no saw.
