Don't trust them when they say you will get your deposit back if something goes wrong with signing the lease. They keep all of the money no matter what they tell you.

This is a great community and very clean apartments. My daughter's apartment had brand new paint and carpet throughout and was cleaned spotlessly. The Manager Mike makes sure that everything is working properly and everything is up to date and is always on site and available for all the residents. The owner Gary and his wife are also hands on and make sure that everything is meticulous. The owners and the manager are all wonderful people who go out of their way to make a difference in the lives of their tenants. It feels lik... read more

I wouldn't even have given a star but it's the only way to voice myself. On my way home from work I was almost forced to wreck my van or go into on coming traffic the man tried to get me out of his way at anyway possible I was not the only one it jus so happened that my friend was also on the same road an was also almost hit from behind do to the man driving a truck with a cap and a big sign on the truck with the company name rude an disrespectful

Great management nice and respectful neighbors . Close to shopping. Clean apartment when I got there brand new carpet and decent weather sometimes. Over Mike I give u 2 thumbs up.
