I have used Southern Management twice now and find them skilled, efficient, and within average costs. Michelle is always polite and I find her enjoyable to deal with. I love that they fixed my screens after the last storm while I was still up North. They sent a bill and trusted me to pay it. Old time business ethics are priceless. I will not use any one else nor will my neighbor who introduced me to them. You will not be disappointed with their work.

My wife and I recently purchased a high rise condo in Ft. Pierce, FL and found that the doors to the deck had not been serviced in years and were a challenge to open. Southern Management Services in Vero Beach was recommended. They came in a timely manner and did an outstanding job for us, completely refurbishing the 26 year old doors so that they work like new. This has to be the worse company in business.. They over charge and the work is unacceptable ... I had them out to repair balance rods in windows.. Two of them still did not work ..I called them to come out and fix them and they told me they did not work on weekends and they could wait.The woman was rude and totally unprofessional..This was on a Friday afternoon..
