Everything was fine while I was a resident at one of their managed properties. Once I moved out, they stole my security deposit. I’ll admit that there was some damage I left. However I didn’t do $1,400 worth of damage. In an amazing coincidence, the total amount of damage I left was the exact amount of my entire security deposit of $1,400.
