Southern Maine Spray Insulation brought the attic of my 1960s ranch to R49 with blown-in insulation. There was very little insulation in the attic, and the house was an unbearable hotbox in the summer. A day after the work was completed the outside temperature was 85 and my house remained cool and comfortable inside. They insulated above the ceiling in the breezeway, which I use as a sunroom, and that is cooler and more comfortable as well. I am certain my winter heating bill will be reduced too. They came over to give me an estimate but decided my job was too small so I do not recommend them if you have a small home or condo.

The Heat Doctor is an excellent, professional company. They are very different than others in this business. They did insulation in our attic last summer and did a bathroom in our basement. Molly is very communicative and so easy to work with. Scott does meticulous work. I would recommend them over many other companies for almost any job you can think of that needs to be done in your house!! Prices are very reasonable too.
5 star spray foam installation. The communication was great from start to finish. The pre-planning and explanation was thorough and informative. On time, professional and personable service would be hard to beat. The Heat Doctor crew left our home clean and snug.
