My experience at this gynecology office was disappointing. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive, and my appointment with Erin felt rushed and invalidating. My concerns were not fully listened to or addressed with empathy. When I reported the experience, I was told it would be “talked about,” but no real follow-up was provided. Patients deserve respect and compassion, especially in gynecological care.
Cancel my appointments over and over. No call in advance. Tell my appointments are cancelled when I drive up over 1 hour drive and check in at front desk. Second time this has happened. NO CALL TO CANCEL. Wasted 3 hours second time driving to my appointment they scheduled me 2 weeks ago, to be told they are in surgery. Then why did they schedule an appointment for me, and not even call me to tell me my appointment is cancelled. 2nd time in a ROW
I was pleasantly surprised by the thoroughness, efficiency, and professionalism exhibited by Dr. Manning and team for a recent exam and medical procedure. Dr. Manning answered all of my questions and provided comprehensive education. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. I will be recommending him to anyone that needs a new OB.
Excellent appointment. Very short wait. Everyone was very nice and understanding. Appointment was fast and efficient but they made sure I had no other concerns or questions so I didn’t feel rushed.
Takes the "health" and the "care" right out of healthcare. Don't do it.
