Took forever for me to get an appointment, the day i had my appointment it was snowing horribly with 3 accidents on my 30 minute drive over to the office. I called to make sure i would still be able to come, they said as long as i got there within 10 minutes of my appointment. I walk in with the clock still being at 3:10 and she says i have to reschedule and they can’t take me. Was not able to rebook for months and made a long drive in the snow and hail for them to turn me away as soon as i walk in the door.
Since MaineHealth took over their service level has gone way down. They repeatedly call my wife with 5 minutes or less before her appointments and cancel. This has caused my wife to burn valuable PTO that she needs for her maternity leave. The clinic absolutely does not respect peoples time or health. We had our first kid with their help (prior to MaineHealth) and it was a completely different (and very positive) experience. Love Dr. Maxwell, saw him at the end of my pregnancy, he delivered by daughter, 6 week postpartum and my IUD insertion. Will never go anywhere else, have always had great care here and will definitely continue!
Rude nurses, dismissive about questions I had and was rushing off the phone, by far the worst experience so far. I’ve been a pt here since 2014 and not once had a nasty nurse.
