I’ve been to other Emergency Rooms before, and I always dread having to go because the experiences are always miserable and long. This ER experience completely restored my faith in emergency room care. Every single staff member was amazing, took me seriously, had lovely bedside manner AND made me feel important. I had a room to myself, and was walked through everything they planned on doing. the PA Courtney santos at this er is super rude and has no bed side manner, should not be in the health care
I am reading all the very bad reviews and just want to give a huge thank you to the ER staff who were there tonight when my daughter went in with a cut from an unfortunate oops with an exacto knife. The staff were so kind and pleasant. Extremely helpful and really put her at ease. She was shaking on the ride there due to nerves and some other circumstances. Great people and deserving of thanks for a job that is likely very difficult much of the time. Thank you.
Went in 2 times for excruciating neck pain, not able to breath, swallow, numbness in my face shoulders and hands. Doctors didn't give me the time of day, could care less about what I was going through and said it was anxiety and pushed me out the door with a bill for just treating me like a pile of crap on the ground. Finally went elsewhere to see a doctor who actually wanted to do his job for them to find out I had a Herniated disc in my neck.
