I am reading all the very bad reviews and just want to give a huge thank you to the ER staff who were there tonight when my daughter went in with a cut from an unfortunate oops with an exacto knife. The staff were so kind and pleasant. Extremely helpful and really put her at ease. She was shaking on the ride there due to nerves and some other circumstances. Great people and deserving of thanks for a job that is likely very difficult much of the time. Thank you.

Went in 2 times for excruciating neck pain, not able to breath, swallow, numbness in my face shoulders and hands. Doctors didn't give me the time of day, could care less about what I was going through and said it was anxiety and pushed me out the door with a bill for just treating me like a pile of crap on the ground. Finally went elsewhere to see a doctor who actually wanted to do his job for them to find out I had a Herniated disc in my neck. If I could give a 0 star review, I would. The wait is 4 hours and there was barely any patients there. I felt like I was dying and someone else said it out loud that they feel the same way. I made a formal complaint and I was told all policies were followed properly. Then the policies need to change. If I was actually dying (thankfully I wasn’t), I would’ve been dead by the time they saw me.
