Dr. Thomas is the most skilled, compassionate, and ethical dentist I’ve ever had. He is genuinely the nicest doctor I’ve ever met. He fixed an issue caused by another dentist quickly and efficiently, i will forever be grateful for this guy and always recommend him to anyone needing a crown, route canal, and any endodontic work done!
I had a broken tooth way in the back and it needed a root canal my dentist sent me to see S ME Endo and I was in the care of Dr Charles Thomas and I was very impressed I didn’t feel any pain and his professional experience really shows he explained everything as he was working and when he said this may sting nothing I didn’t feel anything and after I can hardly feel like I had any work done no swelling nothing and the staff was great very nice and polite and they care . I was incredibly nervous for my root canal. Like, I was violently shaking I was so nervous. But Dr. Cote was so patient with me and kind. She answered all my questions and continually checked in throughout the procedure to make sure that I was comfortable. When I tell you there was zero pain, I mean ZERO. And I apparently had a really gnarly infection according to the x-rays. Every filling I've had was more uncomfortable than this root canal. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Garoufalis at the York office just yesterday morning for what turned out to be my first (and hopefully only) root canal. Dr. G put me at ease right away. She is friendly, funny/down to earth, and excellent at her craft. She talked me through the procedure and, even prior to starting, took the time to ask me what brought me to her so I was able to recount my journey a little bit. Best experience at a dental office that I can remember. Dr Cote was exceptional. She explained everything in detail and was very thorough. Turns out I didn't need a root canal after all. I only wish she was also a general dentist so I could take advantage of her expertise. Richard Ward.
