I cannot say enough about Brad and his team at Southern Magnolia. Our first project was a complete kitchen and living area renovation. This was a 6+ month project and exceeded our expectations. We loved them so much, they have done three additional projects - primary bedroom and bathroom renovation, a complete deck replacement and expansion, and a secondary bedroom. I would not use anyone else. Brad is fantastic, talented, honest and just an outstanding human being.
My wife and I run a residential architecture and interior design firm and have worked with Brad and Southern Magnolia on many projects. This team is wonderful and very thorough. We love our new bathroom and are so thankful for the extra care and extra time they put into removing rotted beams, crawling under our house to secure things, and re install our shower doors but in a better way so they don’t squeak. These are all things we didn’t even think of asking them to do, but they did them anyway because they care and are detail-oriented. They were very fast and worked hard every day. I loved my experience with Brad and Southern Magnolia. They re-did my first floor (Dunwoody) to create an open floor plan. They went above and beyond in so many ways- including a 9 pm house call from Brad when I was stressing out about something minor! I would highly recommend them for any renovation projects.
