Love this store, they have everything you could want from UT clothing, essesories, jewelry, shoes, bags, blankets, coolers, cookies, baby clothing, book, stuffed animals. Anything you want, you can find it here. Great staff too!!!
Excellent place to pick up your wife UT merchandise.
I ordered a dress to specifically wear for an event . I paid extra to get it in 2 days and it showed I would receive on Wednesday . Today is Sunday and still no dress . I reached out to the people of Southernmade and asked for a refund . I explained what was going on and they more less said it wasn’t their fault . That’s it’s the postal service fault . I can not say enough about the customer service! I live in Franklin TN and had a last minute request for my niece’s grad party. I placed my order with 2 day delivery from the post office so it would arrive the day before the party. I messaged the store to make sure they would be able to get it in the post that day. The responded immediately and within an hour I had a notice from the post office that they had the package.
