Horrible please be aware. I’m filing a complaint with several organizations such as BBB and FTC. This has been one of the worst experiences we've ever had purchasing a vehicle. There is too much to say but I will try to keep it short and sweet. My husband purchased a used 2019 Audi Q8 back in June of this year 2025.
