We were longtime patients of Southern Laser Dentistry and truly trusted this office, which makes this review disappointing to write. Our concerns began after an appointment where I observed several troubling hygiene and patient care issues during my daughter’s visit, including staff placing bare hands in her mouth without gloves, lack of cleaning between patients in the X-ray area, and improper handling of protective equipment. I made my first appointment here to get a chipped tooth repaired. I have dental anxiety, especially when it comes to drilling or similar invasive procedures. Dr. Hayden and staff did an outstanding job from start to finish. My tooth looks great, and I experienced no anxiety because of his careful attention and the laid-back environment. Everyone who works here is incredibly nice and really wants to make you comfortable. I only have great things to say about them! 10/10 recommend.
Back to back great experiences at Southern Laser Dentistry. First visit was for a cleaning, Erin was very knowledgeable and careful with my cleaning. Was very impressed with the all the cool tech she used. Today I returned for my treatment plan. I had to have some old fillings removed and replaced two of them being amalgams. Their system for removing the mercury filling safely and replacing it with a strong safe product was really cool. Dr. Knause and Kim were awesome!

I’ll never forgive this “holistic” dentist practice for the pain, malpractice, and over filling of my teeth that never had a problem before I came here. They are quick to fill, quick to bill, and quick to gaslight you. Never come here.
