I had to call 4 times over the course of a week to talk with someone about an outdoor light that this company installed that was not turning on (no one returned the first 3 phone call messages I left). During the 4th phone call, the lady mentioned that I could pay $250 for a service call or swap my bulb out for a new one that they would provide since I was still under warranty, but she did not know where her office was located that could provide the new bulb.. she said she would call back with the address and then she never ... read more

Very disappointed with this company. Do your homework before you choose. Lifetime warranty on lights as they say , but they charge you $250.00 service fee to come out and charge a buld. If another company changes the buld, you lose your warranty. Thus is what I call trickery. Their is better out there. And paying customers should not have to be ripped of in the name of inflation.

This is the second time we did an install with Lindsey and her team. We did the entire front of our house, walkway, and backyard accents in Nov 2019, and then added some additional lights on the side of our home in May 2024. Lindsey's recommendations with the initial install were spot-on and really make our home welcoming at night. I feel like it is rare these days for businesses to exceed your expectations but that is what happened when I contracted with Southern Landscape Lighting. Lindsey came out to do the design and everything she showed me looked nice and she had some interesting ideas that I would never have thought of. Super happy with Southern Landscape Lighting. I talked with several other lighting companies but they were far and away more professional, responsive, and flexible with what I was looking to do. And Lindsey was very helpful with suggestions, as well as telling me with what I shouldn’t do. Highly recommend them!!
