Be very careful working with Southern Landscape. We reached out for a proposal to put in a sandstone patio in the backyard. Our budget was around 8,000 - 12,000. Upon looking at the space Colleen said that the project was doable and within price range. After paying the $500 design fee we received back 4 proposals several weeks later ranging from. 18,000 - 40,000. Their was one proposal that was around 12,000 that included nothing that we discussed.
