I've been a patient of this PT location for the past 7 years now, and I've have been so blessed to get an excellent level of care. I've had several life & medical challenges going on, and PT did their best to work with me to manage my care through these difficult times. I have come to SLPT for several years for physical therapy after rotator cuff repair on both shoulders, for my back, and now for my hip. The employees are super friendly, answer all questions I have, and I feel that my therapy helps each time. They really do go above and beyond. I highly recommend them, don't wait to schedule an appointment!
If you want to be harassed, feel unwanted as a patient, & then mocked by staff for expressing how rude it is to cancel a patient's appt. with no warning, when the patient doesn't cancel the appt. but the staff just don't feel like being there (despite other patients clearly being there & receiving service), this is the place to go! Jess will give you all sorts of contradictory information & ensure that you are stressed out of your mind, while you are also dealing with accident trauma. Just an overall wonderful experience. They not only helped me after my car accident but gave me the tools and advice to use at home for my recovery. Things I will probably remember for a lifetime. The staff is unbelievably great at what they do. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
