I would give 0 stars if possible, but that was not an option. Ms. Elliott is a scam artist. Don't expect to get any refund of security deposit as she will charge for everything (even made up things). She charged for light bulbs, clogged air filter, and sent an ugly letter threatening to turn me over to a credit agency and add a minimum upcharge of $500 for doing so.
