Very unprofessional!
Charged us $380 out of our deposit for cleaning after we spent 3 days cleaning out the house. The house was in way better shape when we left then how we got the house when we first moved in. Then Charged me $11.57 for light bulb and smoke detector battery when I changed them when we left. And $180 to clean the carpets in 3 rooms? I think I am in the wrong business!! Better to go to a reputable business like ERA or Century 21. Remember if you rent from these people TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING BEFORE AND AFTER MOVE OUT!!
