Dr Strauss (AND Ms. Alaina)! ONLY DOCTOR (Southern Internal Medicine at Mediplex on Hall of Fame in Lake City) in my ADULT life that I TRUST 11O PERCENT...and in 51 years of adulthood, that is saying a LOT! NOT a pill pusher!
Dr.Strauss literally saved my life! I was having horrible stomach and intestinal pains and going to Daniel Metsiner in LiveOak at walk-in clinic! He prescribed prylosect and it barely helped! I went back he did not even touch me or check my stomach and said take another prylosec and come back next month! After 4 months my daughter called Dr dr Strauss ! He ran all kinds of test and did and XRay on Thursday ! He said come back Tuesday for results ; when I went my blood was extremely low in iron so I went to hospital for 3 pin... read more
I have had the best couple of years going to SIM! They are the most friendly and professional group of people. It’s a pleasure to go to them.Elaina and Dr.Strauss have taken such good care of me and my health. Will never go anywhere else! The Nurses, phlebotomists, receptionist are all so amazing king friendly and helpful. I Love You Guys! ♥️
The Drs are great! Too bad the office staff isn’t. They need some customer service training and learn how to use their tone of voice correctly.

Very professional staff, clean facility and very courteous. You can tell they really want to help and care about their patients.
Elaine is a great Nurse Practitioner, so nice and seemingly infinite patience. The staff and Dr. Strauss are awesome too. i’ve been a patient for almost a decade and the excellent service level has been the same.
