My property was repaired by Southern Insulation (SI) which became an awful ordeal. In August 2023 a water roof leak damaged my unit's left & center stairwell walls. In Oct, the HOA hired SI to remove these walls & provide abatement since a 3rd party company KEM found asbestos. Only upon request did SI provide floor plans for their work but mislabeled the containment's clean and dirty rooms. This immediately raised work quality concerns. Very professional people.
Super duper tight parking. You literally park on the street. It can take a long time to get straight with the dock. Day cab, may be. Sleeper?? Good luck. DO NOT come here a night before as there will be no parking all you will see is cars everywhere.
