it's simple... if you can not speak for yourself DO NOT GO... terrible care, terrible nurses and my loved one is fighting hard for life because they did not treat her correctly!!!

one of the worst experiences of my entire life. I went there to recover from brain surgery to remove a cancerous tumor and the hospital was completely unprepared to help me in any way shape or form. From employees running up and down the halls in the middle of the night laughing and joking to coming into the rooms and switching the lights on without warning and being served food that wasn't even fit for a animal to eat. my surgeon and his team had a very specific plan of recovery for me that the entire staff ignored complete... read more

Where to begin? My relative was promised a private room due to Covid-19, yet was placed with a roommate hours later. She arrived in the evening after dinner was served and was told there was no food available for her. Left to her own devices, she ate a miniature pie I had packed for her. She was sent there following a traumatic femur fracture and was told she was in rehab to work and that meant walking to the bathroom instead of using a catheter or bedpan. The physical therapy and occupational therapy staff are wonderful and very caring. The nursing staff has a lot of opportunities to improve on. There needs to be more specific communication with the family on the progress of their loved one. Telling someone that they "walked" 45 feet you envision that they walked by themself, when in reality they were being held up on one side and having their foot pushed forward by the therapist, That is not walking.
