The staff in the office, the nurses, and my NP are all really friendly and helpful! I feel lucky to have access to such quality care here. They fit me in when I need help quickly, and they are obviously dedicated to providing person-centered care.
Provider was very timely, patient, attentive, detailed in questioning regarding health issues.
Going to the Doctors office is not on my bucket list...........but if it were I would want to go to one like this one!
I got an order for occult blood of the stool, and Lisa told me she "believed" the lab had the kit, she didn't "think" they had at the clinic. So I called the lab, where I was disconnected 3x. So I call Lisa back and she says to call the hospital. When did I start working for UI????..I am a retired RN, but wouldn't think of working here
I strongly advise against seeing Maggie E. Pejeau, NP, MPH She doesn't record you medical information accurately, forgets your medical conditions ( I dont know if its poor note taking or what.. ) , and she has zero confidence in providing medical care. Will say "yes, we'll do that." then "no, im not sure." several times during an appointment about the literal same thing.
