I had a potential buyer for my home, and after they hired this company to do the inspection I found a mess of my home. Drain caps left off behind my house, windows left open, insulation strung throughout my home from the attic, and a finger size hole in my HVAC flue. (I will say that the pipe was a bit old and had become a bit brittle over time, but not cool, SIHI, not cool!) Now I can hear the air flow where I had not heard it before.
