we placed an order with Southern Indiana Equipment (Sellersburg) on March 29th. we were told the item would be in for pickup within 7-10 days. We called last week to check the status amd were then told it was 7-10 business days. Today we called back and now we are being told that the order was JUST PLACED TODAY... a tracking number was just created and that they should have explained when we made the purchase that they don't even place the order until they have enough for free freight... WHAT? poor Customer service, poor bus... read more
