The doctors and nurses here are absolutely wonderful. However, the ladies at the front desk are always rude. In all the times I have been there I have never encountered a friendly woman at the front desk. They always have an attitude as if you are burdening them by being there making them do their job. And every single time I call to make an appointment I am on hold for extended periods of time. It takes several calls and long wait periods to get ahold of someone to make an appointment. Great doctors and nursing staff, but "some" of the front-desk staff are obnoxious. They lost paperwork that we turned in, said we didn't turn it in, and then they found it in their office, but no apology for their rude and threatening behavior. Would make the front desk sign for paperwork the next time. No accountability on their end.
