After Southern Illinois Tile installed a hard wood floor at our residence, it was discovered the wood had Powder Post Beetles. After Southern IL Tile & Carpet Supply conducted their own tests and admitted the insects were in the wood upon installation, SIT&C refused to replace the wood. My family was out $5000. Any reputable company would have replaced the wood period. Imagine if that happened to your family. Wouldn’t be satisfied with service right?

Excellent experience. Everyone was exceptional from beginning to end. No pressure sales, came to measure when they said they would and installers showed up when scheduled and did a great job and cleaned up after. Thank you for restoring my faith that there is still someone out there that provides terrific service.
