This company is a joke! They are monopolizing our region and not caring for people. I just spent 30 minutes on hold after being told I had a zero minute wait, to talk to someone about a bill that I've been making payments on that they are now threatening to send me to collections. Even though I've been making a payment every month! Now they've tacked on a new payment for a date that I was never at the doctor.
