Dr Van Acker and the nurse, Jamie, were amazing with my 11 year old this morning. She was very nervous going in - but they reassured her, explained everything to her very well and made her feel much more comfortable.

We were the first ones in the office for my husband's cancer removal from his face and Dr VanAkers roomed us and didn't wait on his nurses to do so. Very impressive to us. Everyone was friendly and courteous there in the Herrin office. Loved the décor of the building and the coffee shop downstairs.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The facility is beautiful.
