I have been coming here for nearly a year. My experiences have been mostly positive & beneficial. Dianna Jarmen has really helped me. She makes you feel heard, seen & cared about. She has a wide variety of coping & motivational skills, resources, & techniques that have been very helpful. JoAnna Kurilla & Amanda Miller both have taken their time to listen to my concerns etc. ask questions, offer advice, The Healow app & updated phone system is better than it was a year ago.

Never heard of making an appointment for New Patient on the phone and once at the location, they can't find an account nor an appointment for me. Very strange. Glad you exist though, none the less.

My wife called to cancel an appointment multiple times, but couldn't get an answer. Eventually she left message, but it was past the 24 hours before her appointment. They charged her $85 for a missed appointment when they don't even answer their phones. When they finally called back, it was someone they source from another country.They don't even have the common courtesy to answer their own calls or return them. 0 out of 10.
