RecommendedWorking with Mike has been such a pleasure! My husband and I were in the process of buying our first house and there were a lot of issues that needed to be addressed. We recently moved from Long Island NY to Salisbury NC. Mike Burke inspected the first home we proposed to purchase . As result we decided after his inspection that too many problems existed that could happen in a relatively short time. Thank goodness Mike does such a thorough job because it would have been a disaster if we went ahead with the purchase. Mike recently did our living room/ hallway flooring. He was very reliable and the quality of his workmanship is excellent. We will definitely be using him for our future home needs and renovations!
